D3LTA HQ Terms of Use

These terms cover D3LTA HQ and D3lta HQ Integration, the internal workspace used by D3LTA’s authorised team. Questions can be sent to d3lta.officialmusic@gmail.com.

Authorised use

Use HQ only with the team’s permission and only for accounts, data and assets you are authorised to manage. Protect your login and grant integrations only the access needed for your work. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or use the service unlawfully.

Campaigns and creative rights

Before preparing or starting an ad, review its account, identity, audience, destination, dates, budget and media rights. Starting ads or approving spending changes can incur charges with the advertising provider. You must have permission to use the supplied music, images, video and copy and follow the provider’s advertising rules.

Third-party services and reports

Meta and other connected services control their own review, delivery, availability and billing. HQ cannot guarantee ad approval, delivery, performance or uninterrupted service. Reports may be delayed, incomplete or based on saved snapshots; check reporting dates and the provider’s own records before making spending decisions.

Access and data

The team may update HQ or remove access when it is no longer authorised. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically pause campaigns or erase data stored by that provider. Our privacy policy and data-deletion instructions explain information handling and requests.
